Sardine & Egg Scramble
This sardine and egg scramble is one of my favorite high-protein breakfasts when I want something savory and satisfying. The eggs stay soft and creamy, while the sardines add a salty, umami boost that makes the whole dish taste way more interesting than plain scrambled eggs.
