Sardine & Avocado Smash
This sardine and avocado smash is one of my favorite quick meals when I want something creamy, savory, and seriously satisfying. The avocado gives that smooth, buttery texture, while the sardines add bold flavor and a boost of protein that makes it much more filling than regular avocado toast. I mash everything just enough to keep a little texture, then season it to make all the flavors pop. It’s rich without feeling heavy, and it keeps me full for ages.
